Enrolment
Submitting an enrolment form is an application, not a confirmed place. A place is confirmed once a placement assessment has been completed and a timetable agreed with the family.

Terms & Conditions
Last updated 1 September 2026. These terms apply to all students of the institute.
Attendance and punctuality
Students are expected to attend live classes on time and prepared. Persistent absence without notice may result in the class slot being reallocated to another student.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Classes may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice, subject to teacher availability. Repeated last-minute cancellations may be treated as attended sessions.
Fees
Fees are agreed before classes begin and are payable in advance for the agreed period. Any change to fees will be communicated before it takes effect.
Conduct
Students, guardians and teachers are expected to observe Islamic manners in all classes and communications. Recording or redistributing classes without permission is not allowed.
Intellectual property
Course materials provided by the institute are for the personal use of enrolled students and may not be resold or republished.
