Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 September 2026. This policy explains how we handle personal information.

Information we collect

We collect the details you provide when enrolling or contacting us: student and guardian names, age, email address, phone number, country and time zone, programme preferences and any message you send us.

How we use your information

Your information is used to process enrolment, carry out placement assessments, schedule classes, communicate progress to guardians, issue invoices and respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal data.

Children's privacy

Enrolment for students under 18 must be completed by a parent or guardian, who remains the point of contact for scheduling, progress reports and account matters.

Data storage and security

Records are stored on access-controlled systems and only staff who need the information to deliver classes can view it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access.

Sharing with third parties

We share information only with the teachers assigned to a student and with service providers that support class delivery, messaging and payments, and only to the extent necessary.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask for corrections, or request deletion of records that we are not required to retain.
